Sleep is the Key to Recovery

I have recruited a neurologist, Dr. Gomanak, to be a guest on Parkinsons Recovery radio for several appearances over the coming year.  She has a ground breaking, but very logical suggestion, for recovery: Get more sleep.

Her patients are experiencing unbelievable progress with their recovery programs because they have been able to get a restful night’s sleep. You may be thinking –

“But I sleep great at night.”

She explains that is what virtually all of her patients report, but they are not getting the type of deep sleep that heals. During our support group gathering Monday, I will explain what she recommends can help nurture a deep sleep which heals from the inside out.
